About the role:

We’re seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our growing team in Pinjarra.
This workshop-based position involves carrying out planned servicing, repairs, and maintenance on our extensive fleet and client equipment. You’ll be responsible for diagnostic fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and air systems, ensuring equipment reliability and top performance.

  • Full-time permanent position – day shifts only.
  • Option to work, Monday to Friday or 10/4 Roster. You decide!

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate:

  • Australian recognised trade qualification specific to the role.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • A minimum of 2-3 years post trade with experience in Isuzu, HINO and Caterpillar vehicles and equipment.
  • Experience with mine specification fit-outs.
  • A strong commitment to safety and site-specific procedures.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently or within a small team environment.

 

Desirable, though not essential:

  • Mine site experience.
  • Current ‘HR’ Class WA Drivers Licence.
  • Forklift Licence.
  • EWP.
  • Confined Space.
  • Working at Heights.

 

Additional Information

  • Applicants must be based in Perth and eligible to work in Australia.
  • A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, will be required.
  • A current Police Clearance may also be requested.
